The delegation and youth from Aichi, Japan visit Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in 2017 Aichi-Bangkok Youth Exchange Program.(Tuesday, August 8, 2017)


          Fifteen representatives from Aichi Prefecture comprising 3 officers and 12 students from high schools in Aichi Prefecture visited Bangkok, Thailand on Aichi-Bangkok High School Student Exchange Program from 26 - 31 July 2017.  The delegation paid a courtesy call on the Deputy Governor of Bangkok (Mrs. Wanvilai Promlakano), sign in the book of condolence for  His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, participate in education activities at Matthayom Puranawas High School in Thawi Wattana District, had briefing and presentation at Navamindradhiraj University and had study-visit at Faculty of Medicine Vajira Hospital and meeting with 1st year students from Kurkarun Faculty of Nursing, Visit DENSO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Bangpakong Plant) whose headquarter is located in Aichi Prefecture, Japan.  The company produces OEM Automotive Systems and Components and Automotive Service Parts and Accessories.  Moreover, the delegation also visited several main attractions of Bangkok such as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, the Grand Palace, Bangkok City Library and watched Thai cultural performance at Siam Niramit.  Overall, students from Aichi prefecture had a chance to learn Thai ways of life by staying one night with Thai host families which make them immensely happy and impressed with their trip to Thailand this time.
